Kaldheim is Calling - Magic The Gathering
/A new set will be coming in the first quarter of 2021 for Magic the Gathering called Kaldheim. This set promises to melt your minds according to Wizards of the Coast themselves. So lets take a dive into this set and see what is coming this February.
I have a soft spot for the Norse mythology themes that come with tundra like environments that Wizards of the Coast seems to be embracing for winter 2020-2021. With Dungeons and Dragons releasing the Rime of the Frostmaiden campaign adventure modal for Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition, and the video game Dark Alliance that also is taking place in a frozen tundra, this Magic Set fits the general theme like a glove.
That is not to say that these are attached in any way, but it seems as time goes on, these two brands are starting to give and take from each other more than ever.
To get an idea of what we are getting set up for, Wizards of the Coast teased the new Magic the Gathering Kaldheim set in December 2020, take a look at the youtube teaser video.
More information on this set will be coming shortly after the holidays are over. On Jan. 7, 2021 @ 9am PT – http://twitch.tv/Magic Wizards of the Coast will be streaming the launch of this new series for the game.
