Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 In Development
/The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is officially getting a sequel. During the E3 Nintendo Direct on June 11th 2019, Nintendo confirmed that Breath of the Wild 2 is in development. Nintendo loves to do the classic and 1 more thing ending to their presentations. The last most notable one I remember watching was the announcement of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate that sent the internet into a firestorm.
The trailer depicts Link and Zelda deep in the caverns under Hyrule Castle. an eerie music is playing in the background. They appear to be travelling through the area potentially looking for this sinister evil that is awakening. A body is being animated by green magics of some sort that appears to look like a zombie version of a ganon creation. There appears to be calamity ooze spreading but it does look slightly different. perhaps this could be a different evil altogether.
The tease was enough to get me super hyped for the game. Breath of the Wild is one of the most enjoyable games I have played in the past few years and I will be eagerly awaiting to get my hands on this one as well. If anyone knows more about the Zelda lore and are able to pick things out from this tease comment below and let us know!
