Curse of Strahd Revamped and Miniatures

Curse of Strahd Revamped was announced by Wizards of the Coast recently and will be coming in a premium box set. With this set comes some corrections on some character descriptions as well as hand out items and props.
Curse of Strahd Revamped
The set will contain many of the things that I wish the main campaign book would have included. The first of these is the Tarokka deck. This was released separately by Gale Force 9 at the time of the original campaign release.
The set will also be coming with a updated art Dungeon Master screen, postcards, a large map of the world, and handouts for campaign letters and items.
The book itself will be a softcover release and will be split into 3 different books.

The Monster Guide (For the campaign specific monsters)
The set will come in a coffin shaped box and will be retailing for a pricey $100 on it’s release this Halloween season.
Van Richten’s Guide to Ravenloft
In May 2021, Van Richten’s guide to Ravenloft will be released. This book is a guide to more of the gothic world we have all come to love with a small standalone adventure. This guide book will help players build new gothic horror campaigns set in the realm of Ravenloft and give new features such as Gothic lineages!

Curse of Strahd Premium Miniatures Sets
Curse of Strahd was one of the adventures released for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition. Up until the recent announcement, there had only been miniatures created for the module by Gale Force 9. Now Wizkids has announced some new Icons of the Realms Curse of Strahd miniatures sets.
The release of these two new Icons of the Realms Curse of Strahd sets are on their way as a support for the Curse of Strahd Revamped set that will be sold this Halloween season.
Both sets together will give players 14 miniatures including many of the boss characters in the Curse of Strahd module as well as some of the iconic characters that are interacted with throughout the campaign.
The first set is titled Legends of Barovia Premium Box Set, this will contain the miniatures of:
Strahd von Zarovich
Madam Eva
Rudolph van Richten
Ezmerlda d’Avenir
Pidlwick II
Baba Lysaga
Mongrelfolk
The second set being released is called the Covens & Covenants Premium Box Set. This set will come with the characters:

The Abbot
Vasilka
Thorn
Rose
Each of these sets is set to retail at $39.99 and be released October 2020.
