Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 5 was an explosive episode in the way that it made me forget that the story lines in episode three have essentially been set aside. This is the episode 5 review with spoilers ahead.

Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 comes out of the gate strong after a long and fantastic battle from the previous episode. But like the feeling of this series over time, it fades to lazy writing and questionable reasons for why the writers of Game of Thrones are making certain choices in these last episodes.

Game of Thrones Episode 3 was packed full of suspense and different tones than the series as ever really displayed before. This dark chapter of the series ranks up there with the battle of the bastards. Those out there looking for mass character death may be disappointed. This is a heavy spoiler review!

Game of Throne Season Eight Episode Two is the best episode of the season and arguably the last good episode the show has to offer.

Last night’s Game of Thrones season opener was not entirely what I was expecting from the series. Everything from the storytelling to the visuals seemed muted to me comparing to seasons of the past.
